BEIJING, Dec. 10 (Xinhuanet) -- A Los Angeles judge has issued an arrest warrant for Daniel Baldwin after the actor failed to appear in court to give a progress report on his drug rehabilitation.

TMZ.com reports that Baldwin, who also missed a Dec. 5 meeting, is currently in Toronto shooting a movie.

The Los Angeles Superior Court judge issued the no-bail bench warrant Friday and revoked Baldwin's probation. Baldwin was required to meet with the judge in connection with two misdemeanor drug charges.

The case stemmed from Baldwin's arrest last year, when police found him and another man in a Santa Monica motel, possessing cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Baldwin is undergoing rehab in hopes of getting the charges dismissed.
