With less than six months to go until the start of the Olympic Games here in Beijing, even more people are needed. At this year's Spring Job Fair it's Olympic organizer, BOCOG's booth that stands out amongst the rest.

At Beijing's International Exhibition Center, the most eye-catching booth is the one advertising Olympic-related jobs.

Organizers say they are looking for technicians for Olympic venues, media assistants, translators, and drivers who can speak English.

The city's recruitment company, FESCO is the agent to BOCOG.

Fan Jinsheng, vice GM of FESCO, said, "Many of the Olympic venues are finished and are being tested. What we need now is manpower qualified in relevant technology."

Organizers have invited 4-thousand people to be Olympic volunteers, and have helped them find Olympic-related employment.

A college student said, "The organizers have given Olympic volunteers like me better chances to apply for the jobs I prefer."

The countdown clock is ticking but BOCOG is optimistic it can find the right people in time for the world's biggest sporting event.
