English football star David Beckham, on a visit to Seoul, South Korea, says he would love to reach his 100th international cap.

At a news conference ahead of a friendly match between his Los Angeles Galaxy and South Korea's FC Seoul on Saturday, the former English national squad skipper also said he liked his image as a fashion icon, but he would not let it hamper his main business. The 33-year-old was left out of new coach Fabio Capello's England squad for their friendly against Switzerland earlier this month, but Beckham still hopes that he can be part of Capello's future plans.

David Beckham said "I like fashion, but prefer football. I prefer playing football. But, you know, like you said, I'm very honored to people to look at me what I wear and I like what I wear. But the most important thing for me is the soccer. And fashion comes after. I would love to reach the 100th cap, but I have to be physically ready to be part of the team."
