The flame of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is now in the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur, where the 13th leg of the global torch relay is set to start at 2 PM local time on Monday. Many Chinese people working and studying in the country have travelled a long distance to attend the event.
Monday's torch relay will begin at Dataran Merdeka and end at the famous Twin Towers.
The relay not only provides an opportunity for the outside world to learn more about China, but also gives tourists from China a chance to appreciate local scenic spots and culture.
This man from Northeast China's Shenyang has being working in Singapore for two years.
He spent 4 hours to get to Kuala Lumpur to attend the relay.
An overseas Chinese said, "As far as I know, about 400 Chinese people, most of them students, will be here during the torch relay to show their support."
Many tourists from foreign countries are also showing support and say the Olympics should not be linked with politics.
They also gave their best wishes to the torch relay and the Beijing Games.
Liang Shuiyong, a 78 year old Chinese education professional, is the 31st torchbearer in Monday's relay.
He made a test run in Merdeka Stadium soon after he got his official torchbearers' suit.
He is confident the relay in Kuala Lumpur will be successful.
80 torchbearers are set to take part in this leg of the torch relay.
The global relay will cover a total of 137 thousand kilometers, before the flame returns to China.
