College exam in quake zone extended to July 3rd

The College entrance exam in the quake affected areas of Sichuan and Gansu will be extended to July 3rd. The Ministry of Education says all the arrangements have been prepared.

At least 78% of the candidates will take their exams in makeshift classrooms while contingency plans have been made in case of an unexpected incident. About 12,000 candidates are from quake affected areas, about 1% of this year's total.
