BRUSSELS, Oct. 28(Xinhuanet)-- The European Union(EU) on Friday tabled a new offer on agricultural market access to unlock the Doha round in Hong Kong in December, said EU trade commissioner Peter Mandelson.

He and EU agriculture commissioner Mariann Fischer Boel has just presented the new offer to the United States, Brazil, India and Australia, Mandelson told reporters in Brussels.

The new offer"goes much further than Europe has gone before," said Mandelson. Enditem
