Chinese shares open slightly higher on Monday

BEIJING, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese shares opened slightly higher on Monday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.14 percent to open at 3,312.97 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index edged up 0.11 percent to 13,710.26 points at the opening.
