U.S. stocks stayed near the breakeven mark on Wednesday after data showed the vast services sector grew less than expected in January.
* The Dow Jones industrial average (.DJI) was off 10.43 points, or 0.10 percent, to 10,286.42. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index (.SPX) slipped 2.57 points, or 0.23 percent, to 1,100.75. The Nasdaq Composite Index (.IXIC) added 0.15 points, or 0.01 percent, to 2,190.21.
