Chinese stocks end lower Monday

BEIJING, April 16 (Xinhua) -- Chinese shares ended lower Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.09 percent, or 2.14 points, to finish at 2,357.03.
The Shenzhen Component Index edged down 0.43 percent, or 43.41 points, to close at 10,000.31.
