BEIJING, May 9 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks weakened further in the morning trade Wednesday over renewed concerns over Europe's fiscal health after French and Greek elections.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index slumped 32.6 points, or 1.33%, to close the morning session at 2,416.28 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index tumbled 195.31 points, or 1.86%, to close at 10,329.38 points.
