31 provinces nationwide, except for Hong Kong and Macao, have publicized per-capita disposable income of urban residents for the first three quarters by 19 November .
According to the data collected by National Statistical Bureau, growth rate of 24 provinces' per-capita disposable income outruns the national level and 28 provinces' growth in per-capita disposable income overtakes their GDP's growth rate.
The data shows, Shanghai's per capita disposable income of urban residents in the first three quarters takes the lead , i e , 30,205 yuan ,while the growth rate of Gansu's per-capita disposable income, at 14,69%, is the highest.
The 18th National Congress of the CPC puts forward that ,by 2020, the per-capita income should double . It is a positive signal that per-capita disposable income of urban residents in the majority of provinces has surpassed the GDP's growth.
According to the data publicized by National Statistical Bureau, in the first three quarters , China's urban residents' per-capita gross income is 20,190 yuan . The disposable income of urban residents per capita is 18,427 yuan , growing 13% year-on-year . Deducting price element, the actual growth is 9.8%, higher than the same period last year by 2 percentage points.
