Donald Tsang to be acting chief of Hong Kong

HONG KONG, March 10 (Xinhua) -- Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Tung Chee Hwa, will depart for Beijing on Friday to attend the third session of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) until the meeting ends on Saturday.

The Chief Secretary for Administration, Donald Tsang, will be the Acting Chief Executive.
