Frenchman, 2 Americans win 2005 Nobel prize in chemistry

STOCKHOLM, Oct. 5(Xinhuanet)-- Yves Chauvin of France, and Americans Robert Grubbs and Richard Schrock won the 2005 Nobel Prize in chemistry, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences said Wednesday.

The trio won the award for their development for the metathesis method in organic synthesis, the academy said. Enditem
