KMT leader visits Guangzhou

BEIJING, Oct. 11-- Wu P0-Hsiung, vice chairman of the Kuomintang central committee, arrived in Guangzhou on Monday afternoon for a two-day visit.

Wu left Taiwan for Zhuhai on Sunday and met with some Taiwanese investors there.

He arrived in Guangzhou at about 3 p.m. and was scheduled to visit the Sun Yat-sen Memorial and meet Guangdong provincial leaders.

He will give a speech at Zhongshan University on Tuesday.

Wu and his delegation will depart Guangzhou for a Hakka conference in Sichuan Province on Tuesday night.
