Vice premier meets Dutch crown prince

BEIJING, Oct. 16(Xinhuanet)-- Chinese Vice Premier Hui Liangyu met with the visiting Dutch Crown Prince Willem-Alexander here Sunday, highlighting that the two sides will fortify the cooperation in the water resources field.

Hui placed positive views on the cooperation between China and Netherlands in political, economic and technological fields.

He also spoke highly on the bilateral cooperation on the water management, noting that it has fruited progress and the work in the field should carry on.

Prince Willem-Alexander agreed with Hui's positive views on Dutch-Chinese water resource cooperation and the two sides expressed the willingness to make joint efforts to push forward the sustainable utilization and protection of global water resource.
