BEIJING, Oct. 19(Xinhuanet)-- Luo Haocai, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC), met here Wednesday with a Jamaica Labour Party(JLP) delegation, headed by its deputy leader Horace Chang.

Ma Wenpu, deputy head of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC) and Wayne McCook, the Jamaican ambassador to China attended the meeting.
