BEIJING, Feb. 16 (Xinhuanet) -- The Chinese Government sent a task force organized by the Foreign Ministry to Karachi Thursday to help deal with the aftermath of three Chinese engineers' death in Pakistan.

The three Chinese engineers, Long Hongbao, Wei Jianpin and ZhaoBin, were shot to death Wednesday when their car were attacked by gunmen on a road in the town of Hub, some 700 km southeast of Quetta, the Balochistan provincial capital, Pakistan.

Chinese President Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao showed deep concern for the safety of the Chinese engineers in Pakistan and ordered Chinese embassy and consulates there to require Pakistan to catch the killers as soon as possible and ensure the safety of the Chinese there.

In order to have this case handled properly, the government sent the Foreign Ministry task force to help deal with the aftermath.
