Top legislature deliberates amendment to Partnership Law

BEIJING, April 25(Xinhua)-- China's top legislature, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress(NPC), on Tuesday deliberated the draft amendment to Partnership Law, aiming to establish limited partnership and limited liability partnership.

Establishing limited partnership is conducive to the development of the risk investment of high-tech enterprises. Establishing limited liability partnership will help promote the development of professional services, such as accounting firms andlawyer firms, in China.

The 21st session of the 10th NPC Standing Committee will be held from April 25 to 29. Enditem
