BEIJING, May 5(Xinhua)-- The Beijing association of catering businesses plans to launch a charity program on May 14, the Mother's Day, in collaboration with the Happiness Program under the China Population Welfare Foundation (CPWF). According to the association, its 11,000-plus members will donate money to poor mothers and set up over 10,000 donation boxes in public places for the same purpose. The money collected by the charity program will be used to establish the association's poverty-relief efforts through the Happiness Program.
