BEIJING, Oct. 3 (Xinhua) -- A set of regulations that would result in seat belts being installed on every school bus in Beijing are under final discussions, sources with the municipal traffic control authorities revealed on Thursday. The rules will stipulate every passenger seat on a school bus should be fitted with a safety belt, said the sources. It is believed that without a safely belt, kids tend to be tossed out of their seats when the emergency brake is used. Currently, safety belts are only available for the driver's and co-driver's seats. Enditem
