CPC official leaves for Iran

BEIJING, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- Liu Hongcai, deputy head of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), left here on Monday for a visit to Iran at the invitation of Political Parties House of Iran.

Liu will attend the 8th Standing Committee Meeting of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties held in Teheran as a representative of the CPC.
