BEIJING, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- Huang Mengfu was re-elected the chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce at the federation's key meeting held here on Tuesday.

A native of Shanghai, Huang, 44, is also the vice-chairman of the National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Another 23 were elected vice-chairman and Quan Zhezhu was appointed the first vice-chairman.
