Nearly 200 Chinese workers return after strike clash in Equatorial Guinea

HAIKOU, April 4 (Xinhua) -- Nearly two hundred Chinese labors working in Equatorial Guinea returned to Shanghai on Friday morning after a strike clash in a construction project that left two Chinese dead and four others injured.

The workers arrived at the Shanghai Pudong International Airport at about 7:43 a.m., said sources with the China Southern Airlines.

Another 200 workers in the African country are to be carried back by a second chartered flight which is due to arrive on Sunday morning.
