CPC delegate leaves for Russia

BEIJING, April 23 (Xinhua) -- Dong Hong, as representative of the Communist Party of China (CPC), left here Wednesday afternoon to attend the third national congress of the Fair Russia, a major Russian political party.

Dong, deputy director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee, will also attend the second world socialism forum, sponsored by the Fair Russia.

Dong is invited by the Fair Russia for the Russia tour.
