BEIJING, April 25 (Xinhua) -- Sang Guowei, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislative body, met here Friday afternoon with a visiting Vietnamese parliament delegation headed by Nguyen Van Son, director of the Foreign Relations Committee of the National Assembly.
