BEIJING, May 21 - Governments in quake-hit areas are starting to offer allowances to the earthquake victims, according to the Beijing News.
Yesterday, 10 families in Dujiangyan City, Sichuan Province were given a total of 210,000 yuan. New homes are expected to be built on ruins soon.
