89% homes have access to electricity again

CHENGDU, May 21 - The number of homes that had a power failure due to the earthquake in Sichuan Province amounted to 2.5 million, according to Xinhua. But now, 1.43 million have access to electricity again, accounting for 89% of the total 1.61 million that need repairing.
