BEIJING, May 22nd -- According to latest news from the Ministry of Information Industry, the once disrupted telecommunication service had been restored in 108 towns out of the 109 towns in 8 severely-hit counties by 17:00 on May 22nd, while service in the rest Hongguang Town of Qingchuan County was still unavailable due to geological factors, according to Xinhua.
