BEIJING May 23 -- Damaged by the massive earthquake in Sichuan Province, 30 water towers in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, now pose danger to the citizens. The Water Affairs Bureau of Xi'an City has given orders to torn them down, according to Xinhua News Agency.
