BEIJING, May 23 - The government of Hainan Province decided to suspend the office of Wang Li, vice president of the Red Cross organization in Sanya, because she threatened in a video to charge 5% on donators' money. Red Cross in Hainan Province clarified that the video was not about the earthquake and all the donations received for earthquake rescue were forwarded to quake-hit areas through a special channel. Nonetheless, they were shocked by Wang Li's bad attitude and improper behavior towards donators, according to Xinhua News Agency.
