BEIJING, May 23 - Spokesman of Gansu Provincial Transportation Department Wang Quan said that after 10 days of rescue work, Gansu's state- and provincial-level highways and roads in counties and towns were all back to normal by 6:00p.m. May 22, according to Xinhua News Agency
