Doctor rescues 9 people trapped in scenery spot

BEIJING, May 26 -- After walking over 40 kilometers, a doctor from Wuhan, Hubei Province, successfully rescued seven villagers and two tourists trapped for six days in a scenery spot in Shifang City, Sichuan Province, according to CNS.
Among the seven villagers saved by Dr Gan Guosheng, the oldest was 80 years old.
