8938 aftershocks hit Sichuan

Chengdu, May 29 -- By 3 pm May 28, 8938 aftershocks have hit Sichuan Province. Among the aftershocks, the strongest one was the 6.4 magnitude in Qingchuan County on May 25. According to the Sichuan Earthquake Administration, the aftershocks are gradually attenuated now, Sichuan News reported.
