RIO DE JANEIRO, July 16 (Xinhua) -- Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva Wednesday appointed Clodoaldo Hugueney, chief of the country's permanent mission in Geneva, as the Brazilian ambassador to China.
Hugueney will also serve as Brazil's ambassador to Mongolia and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).
He is one of Brazil's main negotiators with three decades of experience in international trade.
