BEIJING, July 17 (Xinhua) -- Sang Guowei, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress, met here Thursday with a parliamentarian delegation of Mozambique led by Eduardo Joaquim Mulembwe, president of Parliament of Mozambique.
