Former vice premier of China dies

BEIJING, Nov. 24 (Xinhua) -- Huang Hua, former vice premier of China, died of illness Wednesday in Beijing at the age of 98.

Huang, a veteran revolutionary of the Communist Party of China, also held several other key official posts during his career, including state councilor, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the 6th National People's Congress and foreign minister.
