HONG KONG, Feb. 2 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang Wednesday delivered the Chinese New Year message to members of the public, wishing them good health and happiness.
In a video clip released by local government on Wednesday, eve of Chinese New Year, Tsang said that Chinese New Year is a time for family reunion, a time full of warmth and happiness. He hoped every family will be filled with joy in the year to come.
"We wish you all good health and happiness in the Year of the Rabbit," Tsang said, together with his wife and four young children in traditional Chinese costumes.
This year's Chinese New Year Day falls on Thursday and Hong Kong people will enjoy four consecutive days of public holiday.
