China's H1 outbound direct investment surges 48 pct

BEIJING, July 17 (Xinhua) -- China's outbound direct investment in the non-financial sector hit 35.42 billion U.S. dollars in the first half of 2012, up 48.2 percent year-on-year, the Ministry of Commerce said Tuesday.
