China’s CMC promotes 6 generals

China’s Central Military Commission (CMC) conferred the rank of general on six senior military and police officers in Beijing on Monday.

They are Du Jincai, Deputy Chief of the General Political Department of Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA); Liu Yazhou, political commissar of University of National Defense Technology of PLA; Du Hengyan, political commissar of Jinan Military Command of PLA; Tian Xiusi, political commissar of Chengdu Military Command of PLA; Wang Jianping, Commander of Chinese People's Armed Police, and Xu Yaoyuan, political commissar of Chinese People's Armed Police.
