Officers implicated in Bogu Kailai’s case also given jail terms

The Hefei Municipal Intermediate People's Court also announced the verdict to the four Chinese police officers pertinent to Bogu Kailai's murder case.  They are Guo Weiguo, former deputy chief of Chongqing’s Public Security Bureau, and the other three former officers, who allegedly concealed the truth from the public.

Guo Weiguo was sentenced to 11 years in prison, Li Yang 7 years; and Wang Pengfei and Wang Zhi are sentenced 5 years in jail respectively for their roles in covering up the murder.
