A car carrying the U.S. ambassador to China Gary Locke was mildly damaged on Tuesday, Associated Press reported.Around 50 people surrounded Locke's car as he tried to enter the embassy and they were eventually removed by Chinese security personnel.
The State Department of United States said in a statement Wednesday that Ambassador Gary Locke was unhurt in Tuesday's incident, and that the U.S. has expressed concerns to the Chinese Foreign Ministry.
