A batch of 80 scenic spots in China cut their ticket prices before the “Golden Week” holidays in response to the government mandate to benefit the public.
According to National Development and Reform Commission of China, the ticket prices for the first batch of 80 scenic spots nationwide has been slashed by 37%, 13 of them offering free access to the public.
The second batch of about 100 scenic spots will drop their ticket price in the near future, National Development and Reform Commission announced.
