Beijing builds city's largest parking garage

BEIJING, March 3 -- The largest multilevel garage in Beijing is under construction to ease the traffic congestion near the Panjiayuan secondhand goods market.
The five-story garage will provide parking spaces for as many as 500 vehicles as early as April, according to a report by China Foto Press on March 2.
Panjiayuan Market has long suffered from a severe parking shortage and related traffic jams.
