Sino-Mongolian peacekeeping drill starts in Beijing

The first peacekeeping joint military exercise between neighbors China and Mongolia was launched Sunday morning in a training base in north Beijing.

The six-day drill, named “Peacekeeping Mission 2009”, will feature a series of small-size exercises, mimicking real scenario in international peacekeeping. The host has sent a team of 46 soldiers, while the guest with 45 soldiers.
