Oct 6, 2009, 600 thousand tourists gether along the Qiantang River, People watch the tides on the bank of Qiantang River. Estimates said this year's tidal waves are to be the greatest of the century, but due to unfavorable astronomic and weather conditions, they might not bring the water level to a height as expected.
