Trucks carrying coal are stuck in a traffic jam on the Shen Pan Road that connects Shenmu County in Shannxi province with Xing County in Shanxi province in north China, October 11, 2009. Over 2,000 vehicles, mostly heavy trucks transporting coal, got stuck in the massive tailback stretching 50 kilometers partly because of the poor road condition and an underdeveloped traffic management.
