Chinese coastguard responded quickly to help Russian cargo ship

Local authorities of Qingdao sent coastguard vessels for the rescue immediately as they received phone call asking for help from the Russian cargo ship. Till now, Moldavskiy Leonid is in stable situation after two-hour process of first aid, transportation and medical treatments.
