LISBON, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Hu Jintao on Sunday held talks with Portuguese Prime Minister Jose Socrates, discussing bilateral ties and other international and regional issues of common concern.
After the meeting, the two countries signed a set of cooperation agreements.
According to the schedule, Hu will leave for home on Sunday afternoon after his two-day state visit to Portugal.
