A second round of heavy rains hit Central China's Hubei province from June 13 to June 15, triggering floods in seven cities and counties among 62 regions lashed by the rains, leaving about 430,000 people affected. The biggest rainfall was seen in Xianning city, with a precipitation of 206 mm.
