An 18-story residential building with ocean views in Taizhou, Zhejiang province, is being torn down, Dec 6, 2011, after it was found to be leaning to one side because of shoddy foundation. The project was completed in January 2011, with 18 floors instead of the planned 11. The developer, residents and local government have agreed to rebuild at the site.
